How do I make payments using Pay with Bank (Token.io)?
To make payments using token.io, click on the Bank option on checkout. You will be redirected to the token.io platform, and the transaction details will be displayed to you. Please verify the details before completing the payment. Once you have verified the transaction details, you will be redirected to your banking platform, where you can complete the payment using either your bank card or customer number.
How do I enable Pay with Bank on my dashboard?
To enable the Pay with Bank Payment option on your Flutterwave account, navigate to Business Preference under Settings, go to Payment Methods, click on Select Options for Banks, choose Pay with Bank UK / EU to start receiving bank payments.
What is the transaction fee?
We charge the following fees for token.io payments:
For Euro (EUR):
EUR 0.50 for transactions less than EUR 50
1% of the transaction amount, with a maximum fee of EUR 5 for transactions over EUR 50
For British Pound (GBP):
GBP 0.50 for transactions of GBP 50 or less
1% of the transaction amount, with a maximum fee of GBP 5 for transactions over GBP 50
How long does it take for the payment to be confirmed?
The payment is confirmed within minutes.
I've been debited, but the payment is not reflecting.

When is the settlement done?
The transaction is settled in line with our existing settlement schedule. Local payments are settled after 24 hours, while international payments are settled within 5 days.
Can the transactions be refunded?
Yes, you can initiate a refund for token.io transactions.
How long does it take for the refund to be completed? Direct refunds are currently not supported. However, should a refund be required for a transaction, the merchant has to make a bank transfer.
What countries are currently available? The countries include, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Lithuania, Austria, Portugal, Belgium, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia.
